Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase we offer an exchange/replace policy on all our clothing, covering incorrect sizing, any manufacturing faults or problems. It covers things like hems, prints, stitching, fabric, embroidery & any transit damage.

It unfortunately does not cover change of mind, damage from incorrect washing.

Please note!

  • Items must be in an unworn, unused and original condition
  • You must contact us within 14 days of purchase date to claim
  • You will need to cover postage costs for exchanges/returns
  • Returns are managed on a case by case basis

If you are shipping an item over $65, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Please contact Harrop for a Returns Form which must be completed prior to returning a product.
